Are any purchases final sale?
Some items, including sale pieces and select limited releases, are final sale. These are always marked on the product page before checkout so there are no surprises.
When will I get my order?
Orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order leaves production. US delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days after shipment. International timelines vary by destination.
Where are your products manufactured?
We work with a vetted network of print and production partners in the US and internationally. Every partner is selected for print quality, material standards, and reliability. Our apparel is produced on demand, which means less waste, no sitting inventory, and fresher gear when it reaches you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will see the exact cost before you pay. No surprise fees.
What sizes do you carry?
Most tees and hoodies run S through 3XL. Fit varies slightly by style, so check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, go up a size. Our gear is cut to feel right, not tight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition. Final sale items are marked on the product page and are not eligible for return. Email team@18thandmain.com to start a return.
How should I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip the bleach and the high heat. Your graphics and fabric will last significantly longer with a little care.
Will sold-out designs come back?
Some will. Some will not. We release in limited runs on purpose. Once a design sells through, there is no guarantee it returns. If you see something that speaks to you, do not sit on it. Follow us on Instagram at @moto.noz for drop announcements.
What makes Moto NÖZ different from other streetwear brands?
We are not a fashion label that borrowed motocross for a look. We are a brand born in moto culture that happens to make great clothes. Every design is rooted in real history. We release in small batches, not mass production runs. And we are built by a rider, for people who feel connected to that world,whether they ride or not.
Are your products sustainable?
We produce on demand, which means we only make what is ordered. No overproduction, no warehouses of unsold inventory heading to a landfill. It is not a perfect system, but it is a more responsible one than the standard industry model.
